Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! Flat-rate international shipping is $10 for each flower crown, and $2 for each additional. For baby bonnets we charge $6 international shipping for each bonnet and $2 for each additional.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any import or customs fees or duties, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As long as merchandise is unwashed/unworn we will accept exchanges within 30 days after the product is received. Please let us know as soon as possible if there is any problem or defect with your product.

What if my package gets stolen or lost in the mail?
For USA and Canada shipments, insurance is included. We do not generally require signature upon delivery so if this is something you want, please let us know at the time of ordering. There is small additional fee to add signature upon delivery. For all other International shipments, we are not responsible for stolen or lost parcels, but can include insurance and signature requests upon delivery if required. Note - it is an expensive option to do this to most international destinations!

What kind of flowers do you use for your flower crowns?
We use the highest quality silk flowers, mostly because they look the most like real flowers than any of the cheaper versions on the market. Some other benefits of silk flowers is that the color hardly ever fades, they are always in season, they do not wilt and they also hold their shape far better than real flowers, preventing them from the delicate blooms falling apart or sagging. Lastly, silk flowers last a lifetime!

Flower Crowns: Is there a difference between baby/children crowns and adult sizes?
Yes. Our infant-toddler crowns are made with an adjustable elastic band which can grow with your baby/toddler up to 1" by using the adjustable snaps. Children through adult flower crowns are made with a natural looking wire band that resembles a branch/twig which can either be custom made to size, or adjustable (with ribbon).

What material do you use for the bonnets?
Our bonnets are made from natural fibers such as cotton, or linen and is extremely lightweight and soft to touch. Each bonnet is lined with 100% organic cotton Pima fabric, perfect for babys delicate skin.
